Waitlist form submissions are currently sent to a Google Sheets based workflow used by Top Agent Magic for lead intake and follow-up. That means information you submit may be stored and processed through Google Workspace tools used in the normal course of business.
Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential client files, transaction documents, or anything you would not want included in a normal business intake workflow.
4. Sharing of information
Top Agent Magic does not sell personal information submitted through this site. Information may be shared with service providers or infrastructure tools only as needed to operate the website, manage submissions, communicate with prospective clients, or maintain business systems.
That can include hosting, form handling, email, spreadsheet, automation, analytics, or other software tools used to run the business and evaluate inquiries.
